Janaes Bounce House Terms & Conditions Policy Welcome to Janae’s Bounce House! By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. 1. Acceptance of Terms: By accessing or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 2. Services Bounce House offers inflatable bounce house rentals and related game services. Specific offerings, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice. 3. Reservations and Payments - **Reservations**: All reservations must be made in advance. A valid credit card is required to secure your booking. - **Payment**: Full payment is due during the booking process. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and cash. 4. Cancellation Policy - Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the event will incur a 50% refund. - Cancellations made within 24 hours or less will not be eligible for a refund. 5. Safety Guidelines: Users of the bounce house must adhere to safety guidelines provided during setup and in our instruction manual. Adults must supervise children at all times while using the equipment. Absolutely no food, drinks, or sharp objects are allowed inside the bounce house or on the water slide. 6. Liability Waiver: By using our services, you agree to assume all risks associated with the use of the bounce house, water slide and games. You release Janae’s Bounce House from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the rental period for the Bounce House and games provided. 7. Damage and Repair: Customers are responsible for any damage to the bounce house and games during the rental period. Any damage or excessive cleaning required will result in additional charges. 8. Weather Policy: In case of inclement weather (high winds, rain, etc.), we reserve the right to cancel or postpone the rental for safety reasons. You will be notified as soon as possible, and options for rescheduling or refund will be provided. 9. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Janae’s Bounce House, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services. 10. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of ILLINOIS. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts located in DeKalb County. 11.Janae Bounce House reserves the right to modify these Terms anytime.
